How to use MProg to change VID/PID
Unfortunetelly I don't know way to set VID/PID under Linux. You will need software from Redmond :-(
- Download MProg from http://www.ftdichip.com/Resources/Utilities.htm
- Unplug all FTDI devices. Best way is to unplug all USB devices.
- Run MProg
- File, Open, choose rotar.ept
- Press toolbar button Programm All Existing Devices or press Ctrl+P
- Press toolbar button Cycle device
- Cancel drivers installation request
